Casino Gambling Games

After being charged with lying to the state gaming regulators for a online casino gambling license, Dunmore businessman, Louis DeNaples, lawmakers are not very pleased with the way the background check were made. Now the whole of DeNaples story is being shift back to Harrisburg.

The Gaming Control Board is said to hold a hearing on suspending DeNaples’ gaming licenses. The House Republicans have recently called for a change in the way the board carries on business. In view of this, many of the Republican state representatives want to designate the state attorney general to investigate companies who apply for such gaming licenses.

Information was received after the Gaming Control Board had suspended the license of Louis DeNaples owner of Mount Airy Casino Resort. He was charged with perjury for lying about his gaming license for his casino and of his connections to the organized crime figures.

The House Republican member have allegedly accused the Gaming Control Board of the carless work done by them and that they never should have given a gaming license to DeNaples. If a person had looked into the presentment, they would also agree that DeNaples did not deserve a gaming license with his connections to organized crime figures.

A day after the announcements of these perjury charges against DeNaples, the gaming control board took an oversight of the businessman’s’ Casino Resort which offers casino games like craps gambling games.

As pointed out by one of the spokesmen of the board, the state police commissioner said that the gaming control board had made a proper decision on DeNaples application.

Some Republicans interested in the DeNaples want to know about the decision process.
One of the Garth Everett of Lycoming County representative stated that he would also like to know some of the hearings to the DeNaples story and if the Gaming Control Board had asked the appropriate questions.

A representative of the Doug Reichley of Lehigh County stated that they need to ensure the public that they could trust the happenings in Pennsylvania, summarizing the gaming control board as the ‘gaming convenience board’…

According to the House Republicans, the bill would change the process the investigations were conducted putting the state attorney general in charge. Louis DeNaples has not yet showed up to face the perjury charges against him.
